- Refunds: We do not offer refunds for memberships, event registrations, or donations except under specific circumstances required by law.
- Subscription Visibility: If you encounter issues where services you have registered for are not accounted despite confirmation of registration, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the confirmation.
- Wrong Registration: If you have been incorrectly registered for an event or service, please report the issue within 3 days to rectify the situation.
- Non-Delivery: In the rare case that you do not receive confirmation for a registered event or service, please contact us promptly for resolution.
- Cancellations: Our services generally require a one-time payment, and ongoing subscriptions are not offered. Therefore, there are no recurring fees, and cancellations of one-time services are handled on a case-by-case basis.
