• Order of registration (for equally qualified candidates)

• Institutional diversity (to ensure representation across organizations)

• Notification Timeline: All applicants will be notified about their selection status 12 days before the workshop begins.

• Refund Policy: If you are not selected for the program, your full registration fee will be
automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5 business days of notification.
