Internship

Role Summary:

Insilico Minds is currently looking to onboard motivated interns who can contribute & be exposed to key areas at InSilicoMinds for a 3 month internship opportunity:

1. In Silico Scientific Content & Thought Leadership – Supporting the creation of LinkedIn technical posts, blogs, and educational content on in silico modeling, AI in drug development (Generics, Biosimilars, NCE/NBE’s..etc), and regulatory science
2. In Silico Research & Data Mining – Literature review, data collection, and curation to support ongoing in silico projects (PBPK, IVIVC, molecular modeling, etc.)
3. In Silico Project Support – Assisting our in silico delivery team with structured data handling, documentation, and basic analysis workflows
4. Publications & Reports – Supporting preparation of white papers, case studies, and regulatory-style documentation
5. Business & Strategy Support – Helping with market research, competitive intelligence, and outreach preparation for global pharma clients
6. Operations & Admin – supporting internal coordination, structured documentation, and knowledge management using AI-driven and productivity-enhancing tools
   
   

The internship will be on-site at our Financial District office in Hyderabad, providing students with direct exposure to our team and day-to-day work environment. A small stipend will be provided to support participating interns.

Eligibility Requirements :

We are looking for motivated and curious students who are eager to learn and contribute in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

Ideal candidates should have:

• Background in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related fields
• Strong interest in AI, In Silico computational modeling & simulation, and drug development (Generics, Biosimilars, NCE’s, NBE’s, etc.)
• Basic understanding of pharmacokinetics, drug development, or data analysis (preferred but not mandatory)
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to take initiative, work independently, and collaborate with a team
